Nestled high above the Palmanova Bay, Origin Palmanova Roof Terrace is a hidden gem in plain sight. Whether you’re a local looking for a new brunch spot or a traveler seeking a unique culinary adventure, Origin Palmanova offers an elevated brunch experience that combines stunning panoramic views, exceptional breakfast, a DJ providing the soundtrack, and a chill and upbeat atmosphere.

When we visited, Origin Roof Terrace had the best eggs benedift we’ve tried. Farm grown eggs, Spanish Ham, hollandaise sauce and a splash of colour with a beetroot puree.

Plus the DJ playing tunes all afternoon long gave the Bottomless Brunch vibe which we just loved.

Florida Family Restaurant

If a fry-up is more your style, we checked out Florida- just off the beach – and enjoyed a tasty fry up for a very reasonable price. No cocktails or view, but friendly staff and great service.

BarBuddha Beach

BarBuddha Beach in Palmanova also offers a Bubbly Brunch. Their menu consits of Padron Peppers, Hummus, Fish Tacos. You can select 2 from their menu and enjoy with cava!
